PaymentWe accept payment by most major credit or debit cards. These are processed online using the Protx secure payment service. Prices are shown in Great British Pounds Sterling. Cards are processed immediately using the Protx secure system. Please do not send credit card details by e-mail. If you have any queries about making payments please email us at admin@medal-frames.com. We operate a 100% anti-spam policy and we never pass your details on to anyone else. Delivery DetailsImportant delivery notesPackages are shipped via a courier depending on the weight of the order and the contents. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery. Courier deliveriesDeliveries take place Monday to Friday, 8am to 5.30pm. Saturday delivery is available for a surcharge of £14.99. If you want to book Saturday delivery, please contact us. Our couriers require a signature when they deliver a parcel. If you ask for a parcel to be left without a signature (for instance, in your shed or outside your front door), you agree to accept liability for any loss should the package go missing after it is left. If you are out when the parcel is delivered, you will be left a card with contact details of our couriers. You need to call them to arrange a new delivery slot or arrange to collect from your local depot. If you do not arrange this within 5 days of the card, your order will be automatically returned to us and a new delivery will have to be booked and paid for. Please be aware you cannot change the delivery address (i.e. from home to work) after a delivery job is booked without incurring a new delivery charge. Minimum QuantitiesUnlike some shops, we do not have a minimum order. BreakagesOur priority is to get your products delivered to you as quickly and safely as possible. However, there is no way to be 100% sure that a package will survive the journey intact. We will replace or refund the cost of any items that arrive broken but you must inform the courier on receipt of the package. We cannot be responsible for any breakages reported after the courier has left your premises. ReturnsUnder the Distance Selling Regulations, you have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased on this website for a full refund. This does not apply to items personalised or made to your specification. To cancel, you can email us or write to us within seven working days of delivery of your item(s), quoting your order number. RG31 6QR For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service with adequate insurance to cover the value of the items. Other notesFor reasons of security we will only ship to the billing address on the credit card when you order online. If this is not convenient please contact us and we will make an alternative arrangement (we will need to verify your identity to do this). Packages may require a signature on delivery. If no one is available when the package is delivered you may need to collect this from a local depot. Remittance TermsPlease note that all goods must be paid for in full before shipping. SecurityAll credit card details are processed using the Protx secure transaction system.
